Quincy Jones was a groundbreaking music producer and composer, leaving an indelible mark on the world of music over his remarkable 70-year career. Known for his collaborations with icons like Michael Jackson and Frank Sinatra, his visionary work earned him 28 Grammy awards, celebrating his influence and talent across generations.


Quincy’s life was defined by passion, artistry, and resilience. From his early jazz tours with the Hampton orchestra to his innovative work in film and television, he set new standards for creativity and excellence. His collaborations were legendary—from producing timeless records to orchestrating the global anthem We Are The World. Described as “the master orchestrator” by his peers, Quincy will be remembered as one of the most influential figures in jazz and beyond.


His legacy lives on through his family, including his seven children, his son Quincy Jones III, and countless artists he mentored and inspired. There will never be another like him. Rest in peace, Quincy, and thank you for the music.
